We collect basic user data (Name, Email, Phone Number) via Firebase Authentication to create your account and secure your tickets. This information is required to provide you with core platform features.

Payment Data

Chay Buddy does not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN details on our servers. All payment processing is securely handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners (e.g., Cashfree).

Device Data

We may collect non-personally identifiable device data (OS version, IP address) to improve app stability and security. This data cannot be used to identify you as an individual.

Data Sharing

We share attendee names and basic contact info with the specific Event Organizer for the sole purpose of event entry and management. We do not sell user data to third-party marketing agencies.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@chaybuddy.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
