Platform Role

Chay Buddy provides a platform for users to list and buy tickets for events. We are not the creators, organizers, or owners of the events listed on the platform.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are solely responsible for ensuring their events comply with all local laws, venue rules, and safety regulations. Organizers must honor tickets sold through the platform and are responsible for delivering the event as described.

Prohibited Events

Users may not use Chay Buddy to host events promoting illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or explicit adult content. Accounts violating this will be immediately suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.

Liability

Chay Buddy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during a real-world event facilitated through our platform. Attendance at events is at the attendee's own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on Chay Buddy are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from this platform without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of our registered address.
