Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because Chay Buddy acts as a technology intermediary between attendees and event organizers, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows:

Event Cancellations by Organizer

If an organizer cancels an event, attendees will automatically receive a 100% refund of the ticket price to their original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Attendee Cancellations

Tickets are strictly non-refundableonce purchased, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the specific event organizer on the event listing page. Please review each event's refund terms before completing your purchase.

Platform Fees

The Chay Buddy platform convenience fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of a fraudulent transaction or a technical failure on our end.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding event quality or delivery must be taken up directly with the event organizer. Chay Buddy is not responsible for the quality, cancellation, or delivery of events organized by third parties on our platform.

Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe you have been charged for a transaction you did not authorize, please contact us immediately at support@chaybuddy.com with the subject line "FRAUD DISPUTE".
