Pricing & Fees

The Chay Buddy application is completely free to download and use for event discovery.

For Attendees

Ticket prices are determined entirely by the individual Event Organizers. Chay Buddy does not set or influence the price of any event listed on the platform. You will always see the full ticket price (inclusive of any fees) before completing your purchase.

For Organizers

Creating an event on Chay Buddy is free. Chay Buddy deducts a standard platform convenience fee of 5% from total ticket sales to cover server infrastructure, payment gateway processing, and platform maintenance.

This fee is automatically deducted before payouts are initiated. There are no monthly subscriptions, listing fees, or hidden charges.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. Payment gateway charges (if any) are included within the 5% platform fee.
